Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across high-potential customers both existing and new.
What you’ll do:
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts within your vertical.
Identify and seize new business opportunities, winning new logos and expanding market share.
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers, positioning JATO as the go-to partner.
Proactively engage customers to uncover growth potential and deliver tailored solutions.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to create demand and secure high-value meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute account management strategies to achieve growth and retention targets.
Acquire new customers (logos) as per vertical sales expectations.
Develop subject matter expertise (SME) in JATO’s automotive solutions.
Build and maintain customer relationships; identify growth opportunities through proactive engagement and marketing support.
Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to drive new business meetings and expand networks within allocated accounts.
Create and manage Business Development Plans for assigned accounts to meet sales targets.
Manage sales pipeline in CRM, including lead generation, forecasting, and development opportunities.
Key Requirements:
Solid consultative sales experience with proven, measurable success in new and existing business within a Data, Software, or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of the difference between value-add solutions and commodity sales, with the ability to articulate a clear value proposition.
Knowledge of structured sales qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC).
Demonstrable expertise in both New Business Sales and Account Management.
Commitment to delivering top-level customer service and relationship management.
Ability to handle complex concepts with a high level of competence.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Arabic language skills highly desirable.
High level of IT proficiency for mainstream business applications.
Excellent working knowledge of:
Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar, e.g., Salesforce).
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook.
