Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable & Payable: Oversee end-to-end AR and AP processes, including invoice posting in SAP, payment clearing, bank-based supplier and employee payments, and proactive follow-up on outstanding receivables.GST Compliance & Reconciliation: Review, reconcile, and validate GST data against SAP records, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure statutory compliance.Month-End & Year-End Closings: Manage accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and provide audit support during monthly and annual closing cycles.Banking & Transaction Management: Monitor payment workflows and ensure accurate and timely recording of all banking transactions in SAP.Administrative & Regulatory Support: Provide general administrative support to the branch, including MCA filings, customs documentation, and coordination of routine office-related tasks. You will report directly to the Finance Manager Asia (based in our HQ in Belgium).
Qualifications
Full-time Bachelor's Degree in CommerceMore than 6 years of experience in a general finance function with end-to-end process exposure in financeHigh accuracy level and discreteFriendly, communicative and customer-focusedTeam playerGood organizational skills & problem-solving skillsAble to work in an international and multi-cultural environmentStress-resistant and flexible mindsetGood knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP or any other ERP system is a plus Offer
