Job Description
As an Accounting Manager your responsibilities are :
- Oversee and manage the daily accounting operations.
- Reconciling general ledger accounts, preparing and posting journal entries.
- Monitoring entries, clearings, accruals and reclassifications.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
- Manage the accounting team and provide leadership and guidance.
- Monitor budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors.
A successful Accounting Manager should have :
- A Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
