Accounts & Admin Assistant
We are a well-established company in the marine industry and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and operations team.
This role is suitable for candidates with accounting training or internship experience who are keen to develop their career in a practical working environment.
Job Details :
- Salary Range: Up to $2,500 (commensurate with experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Working Location: Bukit Batok
- Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the finance, project, and operations teams
- Assist in preparing a full set of accounts with a clear understanding of double-entry accounting
- Support the preparation of customer quotations and sales orders
- Track customer quotations, sales orders, and project delivery schedules
- Maintain proper documentation for finance, project, and operational records
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
- Accounting-trained candidates or those with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Xero accounting software and MurHo inventory system is an advantage but not mandatory
- Able to work independently and support multiple functions across accounting, operations, and project activities
- Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
