Job Description

Accounts & Admin Assistant

We are a well-established company in the marine industry and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support our finance and operations team.

This role is suitable for candidates with accounting training or internship experience who are keen to develop their career in a practical working environment.

Job Details :

  • Salary Range: Up to $2,500 (commensurate with experience)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm
  • Working Location: Bukit Batok
  • Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to the finance, project, and operations teams
  • Assist in preparing a full set of accounts with a clear understanding of double-entry accounting
  • Support the preparation of customer quotations and sales orders
  • Track customer quotations, sales orders, and project delivery schedules
  • Maintain proper documentation for finance, project, and operational records
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
  • Accounting-trained candidates or those with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with Xero accounting software and MurHo inventory system is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Able to work independently and support multiple functions across accounting, operations, and project activities
  • Responsible, organised, and willing to learn
