Accounts Executive [ Australia ]
Job Description
We are looking for the Australia Accounts Executive
- Recording financial transactions: The bookkeeper is responsible for recording all financial transactions in the company’s accounting system, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Reconciling accounts: The bookkeeper is responsible for reconciling bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial records to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable: The bookkeeper is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable and accounts payable, including invoicing customers, collecting payments, and paying vendors.
- Preparing financial reports: The bookkeeper is responsible for preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitoring budget and cash flow: The bookkeeper is responsible for monitoring the company’s budget and cash flow, ensuring that expenses are within budget and that there is enough cash on hand to cover expenses.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting is preferred. B. Com, M. Com, CA Inter with good English communication are welcome.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
- Good accounting knowledge is also a requirement for this position.
Work Timings
- 7:00 AM to 16:30 PM IST
