About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Singapore Novena'. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable and credit control processes, playing a key part in maintaining the financial health of our business.
What you’ll be doing
- Invoicing customers and clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Monitoring accounts receivable and chasing outstanding payments
- Liaising with customers to resolve billing queries and disputes
- Maintaining detailed records of all accounts receivable transactions
- Preparing regular reports on accounts receivable performance
- Supporting the month‑end close process and other accounting tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year’s experience in an accounts receivable or credit control role, preferably within the hospitality industry
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
