Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time Administrator

to support daily operations at our Nairobi office. This is an on-site role responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, effective communication, and strong administrative coordination across teams.

The Administrator will manage records and documentation, coordinate schedules and logistics, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support to enhance organizational efficiency. The role also involves supporting internal processes and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal data systems
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for projects and site visits
  • Handle correspondence, calls, and internal communications
  • Prepare basic reports and administrative summaries
  • Support cross-team coordination and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Strong administrative experience in scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English and Swahili
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Customer service and stakeholder communication experience is an advantage
  • Prior experience in real estate, housing, or administration is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
