Role Overview

We’re looking for anAgent Engineer who wants to be at the sweet spot of AI + engineering. You won’t just tweak prompts, you’ll architect agents that connect to APIs, crunch live data, and deliver enterprise-grade outcomes.

Think of this role as half builder, half hacker: you’ll design prompts, wire up backends, test with real users, and ship agents into production that prove how AI can move the needle for enterprises. If “TypeScript + APIs + fast iterations” gets your pulse up, you’ll feel at home here. You will:

Design prompts and implement functions that guide our AI agents acrossvoice, chat, and email .

Connect agents tocustomer APIs, databases, and internal tools so they can execute real-world tasks end-to-end.

Build and maintaininternal tooling in TypeScript , creating reusable components agents can share and build on.

Test withlive data , measure performance, and fine-tune for accuracy, reliability, and speed.

Workdirectly with enterprise customers : gather requirements, run demos, and iterate in real time.

Partner withProduct, Engineering, and Customer Success to ship agents that are ready for production at scale.

Contribute todocumentation, processes, and best practices that make AI

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) inComputer Science or a related STEM field .

ExcellentEnglish , written and spoken.

Strong, hands-on skills withAPIs, backend logic, and system integrations .

Solid programming skills;TypeScript experience is a strong advantage.

Previous exposure totechnical, customer-facing roles (integrations, solutions engineering, etc.) is a plus.

Familiarity withmonitoring, dashboarding, or analytics tools (e.g., Datadog) is a bonus.
