REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts through distributors and end-user development in industrial products, MRO, construction materials, or plumbing/HVAC-related industries
Strong channel management skills: distributor development, sell-in/out, pricing/discount discipline
Frequent travel within Western Japan
