Job Description
OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
Drive Sales in assigned sales territory in order to achieve and exceed budget and set targets.
TASKS
· Achieve set sales targets for defined region and/or specific customers
oBuild and maintain relationships with customers
oDevelop sales strategy based on customer profiles
oDevelop sales plan for EVO ICL Family (Spheric, Toric, EDOF) across the region
oDrive sales according to set targets
oTrain and certify new surgeons in the region, support if needed in calculation, ordering and complaint management.
·Define and execute Marketing programs through customers in region
oCollection and assist analysis of market relevant data
oOrganize and assist effective training and practice development programs & activities in the region
oParticipation in national and international congresses/exhibitions
·Work on cross-territory projects
osuch as organizing workshops to train optometrists and clinic staff members
oThat are suitable for further improving EVO’s positioning and developing customers
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education:
Commercial education or bachelor’s in economics desirable
Special Knowledge:
Knowledge about Medical Implants or Devices in general
Personality:
Open minded and flexible
Strong Team Player
Creative and independent way of working
Good in concept creation and analysis
Professional Experience:
at least 3 years’ working experience in sales of medical devices and/or as clinic refractive manager
