Artificial Intelligence and Machine Language Data Science - Remote

The Role:

•  Assist in developing and refining AI/ML models for business intelligence and automation.
• Analyze real estate investment data and extract insights using data science tools.
• Research and implement machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Support in building predictive models related to asset management.
• Collaborate with other team members on AI-driven automation projects.
• Document model performance, processes, and research findings.

Ideal Profile:

• You possess an advanced degree, ideally a PHD, in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
• You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Data Scientist or IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
• Ability to write and execute complex queries in SQL.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
