Assistant Office & Administrative Officer
**What is the Job about**
To be responsible for the GHK administrative operation, assistant in facility management and coordinate with the business /function unit within GHK for day to day operation tasks.
**Your main responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the on-going admin/facility tasks for Hongkong Office (30%)
+ Identify the administrative process issues or risks, propose with solution and escalate to the line manager, and drive process improvement continually (20%)
+ Initiate & coordinate activities and projects that actively engage employees across Hongkong office (20%)
+ Work closely with other team on any operational issues (20%)
+ Adhoc (10%)
**Your background**
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience and preferred with administrative /accounting background
+ With 1-3 years’ relevant working experience
+ Good in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
+ Relating and networking skills
+ Self-motivated, patient, work independently, reliable sense of responsibilities
+ Computer literature, especially Microsoft Office, excellent in Excel
