Influencer Marketing
Manage end-to-end influencer projects in Japan, from acquisition, negotiation, onboarding, managing, reporting of their performance to nurturing pipeline of influencers in Klook Kreator program
Engage influencers in Klook ambassador community called “Klook Kreator Program” for their proactive contribution to the program to achieve its goals and KPIs
Source, select and deal with the best fit influencers to achieve the goals and KPIs for each campaign and product
Handle day-to-day communication with influencers and related vendors, negotiating fair rates for content, ensuring the relevant agreements are in place, guiding them to post the most relevant contents to meet objectives and troubleshoot as necessary
Preferred Experience and Skills
2+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or digital marketing under tech and BtoC field (travel, lifestyle or culture space is preferred)
Hands on experience in influencer marketing
A good understanding of / strong interest in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.)
Advanced communication skills to engage multitude of influencers simultaneously
Ability to analyze digital marketing data to measure success
Fluent in Japanese. Comfortable with verbal and written communication in English
