Job Description

As a
Business Development Representative,
you will negotiate, and look for new potential clients.

Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight brokerage, transportation, and logistics services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and propose appropriate logistics solutions (LTL, FTL, drayage, warehousing, 3PL, etc.).
  • Negotiate rates, service agreements, and contracts to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and track performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Minimum requirements

Minimum requirements:

  • Studies:
    High School Degree, International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics-related..
  • Experience:
    at least 1 - 2 years of experience in Shipper Sales.
  • Language:
    Advanced English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.

    Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
    Following the US Calendar.

    Remote Colombia.

    4,500,000 Cop + comisions plans
