**What's the role?**
BNEF is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Hong Kong-based commercial team who manage a wide range of client portfolios across South China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The team is responsible for originating new client relationships, while renewing and growing existing clients, and driving partnership discussions.

**We'll trust you to:**
+ Manage, renew and up-sell a book of clients by aligning BNEF services with their strategic goals
+ Source new business opportunities and identify leads for BNEF services across energy, automotive, technology and financial industries
+ Build strong relationships across the influencers map including a wide range of stakeholders from users to senior decision-makers through regular engagements and tailored insight delivery
+ Connect client needs with relevant BNEF research, tools, and analysis
+ Respond promptly to client requests and provide high-quality service and follow-up
+ Maintain accurate sales and client data to support internal coordination and performance tracking
+ Collaborate with colleagues across sales, product, and research teams to deliver the best solutions
+ Bring back client feedback and market insights to help improve BNEF products and services
+ Contribute to major commercial activities and help organize impactful client events
**You'll need to have:**
+ Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
+ Positive attitude, intellectual curiosity, initiative, and an ability to face challenges with a mature and professional manner
+ Strong ability to learn and lead by example
+ Minimum 2 years' in sales or account management, preferably in the research or professional services space directly relevant to energy transition
+ Business proficiency in English and Mandarin, with strong presentation and communication skills
+ Strong interest in energy transition, knowledge on clean energy technologies, power/utilities and other player types in the energy transition ecosystem
+ Experience in providing business development support, or experience running marketing/events with a goal of getting new business leads
+ The ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple parallel tasks
