Bulk Scheduling and Systems Specialist - Region Europe East (REE) (m/f/d)

What you will enjoy doing

• In this role, you will train, develop and regular supervise the Bulk Schedulers in the region to generate improvement efficiencies
• You will drive the implementation strategy of all Bulk Systems in the region (LCS, LGTruck Mobile, ATLAS, etc.)
• Being the key contact in the region for schedulers, for EMEA and LCS/LSA global support teams regarding Bulk Scheduling and Bulk systems is part of this role
• Also, you will support and drive local initiatives in scheduling sites to achieve a compliance to the regional standard, KPI improvements, etc.
• Moreover, you will provide support (1st or 2nd) and act as a regional key user for those
• Being the main contact for all kind of advanced LCS reports for local user and senior management is essential for this role

What makes you great

• You own a University degree in Business Administration or equal, logistical background
• English, European reference level B2 is mandatory for this role
• You demonstrate functional and technical experience and skills, ideally by day to day Scheduling
• You provide cross-cultural communication and collaboration by using open and convincing communication practices
• Also, you use process and project management by using benchmarks and implementing best practices
• Self-motivated and self-organized behaviour corresponds to your profile
