The Role

We are looking for a Business & Operations Manager to join our growing team in Auckland. This role is central to scaling our platform, streamlining operations, and ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience. You will work closely with the leadership team to manage technology, market insights, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Track industry trends, competition, and customer insights to guide growth.
  • Product & Technology Management: Oversee mobile app, backend systems, and dashboards, ensuring performance, usability, and innovation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage driver route optimisation, delivery performance, and loyalty programmes to maximise customer satisfaction.
  • Data & Insights: Analyse delivery, sales, and customer data to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure platform security, data protection, and compliance with NZ’s regulated delivery standards.
  • User Experience (UX): Drive usability testing, customer feedback loops, and feature improvements for a seamless journey.


Ideal Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant work experience in business operations, technology management, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with digital platforms, SaaS products, or app-based businesses is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
