Job Description:

• Planning and promoting the client's overall DX concept (vision formulation, ToBe business design, transformation roadmap)


• Support for systematizing and establishing KPI design and KPI operation


• Organizational design (CoE design, enablement support), business reform implementation support


• Support for horizontal expansion to other departments starting from the successful department (first penguin) within the client


• Facilitating discussions and decision-making with client executives


• Theme selection and transformation project leadership


• As a transformation leader who connects between the customer's frontline and management, he will lead the customer to success from both operational and technological perspectives.


• Participate in the process of building customer strategies and visions, and lead Domo to a state where it is "commonly used in business."


• We will thoroughly prioritize our customers' business success and build strong engagement and relationships of trust.


• Act as if you are a member of the customer, and enable Domo to become the business infrastructure within the customer

Job Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business or IT consulting experience (especially experience in a client leadership role)


• More than 5 years of practical experience in corporate planning, business reform, and DX/BX promotion at a business company


• Experience in upstream support such as DX conception, business design, KPI design, and organizational transformation


• A strong sense of ownership and a leadership mindset while staying close to customers


• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving and team-playing skills

Welcome skills and experience::

• Knowledge of cloud-based data analysis platforms such as BI and Domo, or experience in supporting their implementation


• Experience leading business transformation projects across multiple departments


• Knowledge of data infrastructure such as DWH or experience in supporting its implementation


• Knowledge of AI or experience supporting the implementation of AI systems


• Experience in supporting the formulation of corporate strategies, corporate visions, and business concepts


• English and Korean

Language Skill: Native level japanese (N) and business level english
