Role Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment and knows how to generate, qualify, and progress B2B opportunities, especially in IT services, engineering, and technical consulting contexts.
This is not a high volume SDR role.
It is a focused, outcomes driven role for someone who understands how to move senior buyers from first conversation to a qualified opportunity.
What You Will Do
- Generate and qualify B2B leads across EMEA, UK, and North America
- Run outbound and inbound lead generation using LinkedIn, email, and research driven outreach
- Qualify prospects and assess fit before handover
- Maintain a clean and well reasoned pipeline
- Work independently and take initiative without daily supervision
- Collaborate closely with the founder on deal strategy and prioritization
What We Are Looking For
- 4 or more years of experience in B2B business development or lead generation
- Experience selling or supporting sales for IT services, tech consulting, or engineering teams
- Strong understanding of lead qualification and buyer intent
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders such as founders, CTOs, and heads of engineering
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to plan work and drive outcomes
- Clear written and verbal communication
Remote work experience is a strong plus.
Compensation
This role is structured as:
- A monthly retainer
- Performance-based commission on closed business
