Responsibilities
+ Team Leadership and Management
+ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BDM.
+ Set and monitor individual and team performance goals.
+ Provide coaching and training to enhance team members' skills and productivity.
+ Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
+ Strategic Planning and Execution
+ Develop and implement strategic business development plans to scale Wallester payment solutions.
+ Collaborate and provide inputs to identify target markets and key business opportunities.
+ Collaborate with different departments to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
+ Implement and monitor Wallester Sale's strategy
+ Sales
+ Collaborate closely with Lead Generations teams in order to close deals efficiently
+ Oversee the BDM efforts to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified dealsEngage with potential high-value clients, presenting our Wallester payment solutions.
+ Manage the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing and negotiate with prospects
+ Participate to events and promote Wallester solutions
+ Performance Tracking and Reporting
+ Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to track team performance.
+ Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
+ Use data-driven insights to refine and improve sales processes and strategies.
+ Collaboration and Communication
+ Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
+ Provide feedback to product teams based on client interactions and market trends.
+ Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior sales role
+ Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale high-performing sales teams
+ Strong track record of meeting or exceeding team and individual revenue targets
+ Hands-on experience managing complex sales cycles and enterprise or mid-market deals
+ Deep understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM best practices
+ Ability to support reps on negotiations, deal strategy, and closing key accounts
+ Experience hiring, onboarding, and ramping new sales talent
+ Strong collaboration skills with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
+ Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and improve performance
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
+ English Fluent + Additional 1/2 languages
