Job Description
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for prospects generated through inbound demand programs and outbound effortsDrive pipeline growth by identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and handing off opportunities to Account ExecutivesCollaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to execute targeted outbound calling campaigns and lead generation strategiesEngage with prospects at events, working booths and initiating conversations that uncover business needsIdentify key decision-makers and influencers within enterprise accounts, building relationships across the purchasing, IT, finance, and executive functionsAsk insightful questions to assess fit and align prospects with Mendix’s value propositionMaintain accurate records of interactions and lead status using CRM tools, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-upsWhat We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in enterprise software sales as a SDR/BDR or Inside Sales Excellent phone and written communication skills, ideally with working proficiency in multiple languages The desire to master this role and take on new challenges Benefits
