Job :

As a Buyer, your main mission is to ensure the optimal acquisition of goods and services necessary for the activity, by acting as the link between internal needs and the supplier market, and by constantly identifying the best opportunities in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines.

Main responsibilities:

Analysis of purchase requests and definition of appropriate purchasing strategies.

Prospection and identification of new potential suppliers, paying particular attention to their reliability and their ability to meet our technical and qualitative requirements.

Negotiation of commercial and contractual conditions with selected suppliers.

Rigorous monitoring of orders placed and management of supplier relationships to ensure commitments are met (quality, costs, and deadlines).

Participation in the development and monitoring of purchasing budgets.

Constant market watch to anticipate changes in prices, technologies, and regulations.

Implementation of performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the purchasing strategy.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

- Bachelor's degree to Master's degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in purchasing, supply chain, management, or equivalent.

- At least one year of experience in a purchasing role, ideally in an industrial setting.

- Good knowledge of purchasing processes, from tendering to supplier negotiation.

- Proficiency in office tools: Excel (Power BI is a plus).

- Analytical skills, rigor, proactivity, and good interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Sapin Law.
