Clinical Pilates Instructor – Full-Time Opportunity with Strong Earning Potential

Tasks

• Lead reformer-based and rehabilitation-focused Pilates sessions (Note: No mat Pilates in the Blue Diamond area).
• Deliver a mix of Clinical Pilates and Studio Pilates , supporting clients with injury rehabilitation, mobility improvements, and athletic performance.
• Develop and implement tailored exercise programs that support rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Provide movement education, posture correction, and injury prevention strategies to clients.
• Collaborate with physiotherapists and other health professionals to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate client records and apply evidence-based practices to your sessions.

Requirements

• A qualified Clinical Pilates Instructor with a current diploma in Clinical Pilates or eager to study and obtain Clinical Pilates certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation, injury prevention, or performance-based Pilates .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
• A team player who thrives in a supportive and dynamic work environment.
• Someone committed to a full-time role with a minimum 2-year contract .
