Promote a positive, inclusive, innovative and performance-driven culture.
Ensure talent development and succession planning.
External Relations:
Represent the organization with stakeholders, partners, clients, regulators, and the public.
Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances.
Serve as the organization's key spokesperson.
