Job Description

Strategic Lea*dership:

 Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the organization's vision and mission.

 Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks, and opportunities.

Operational Management:

 Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.

 Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Financial Oversight:

 Manage the organization's budget and ensure financial sustainability.

 Oversee financial reporting, audits, and investor relations.

 Drive profitability and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

People & Culture:

 Build and lea*d a high-performing executive team.

 Promote a positive, inclusive, innovative and performance-driven culture.

 Ensure talent development and succession planning.

External Relations:

 Represent the organization with stakeholders, partners, clients, regulators, and the public.

 Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances.

 Serve as the organization's key spokesperson.
