Document Preparation Tasks
Support in preparing RFIs (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.) for existing clients
Primarily support data creation for RFPs (annually, etc.) for both existing and prospective clients
Assist in preparing consultant reports (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
*For the above three duties, you may communicate via email (in English) with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) located in global offices. For simple English documents, you may also request translation support.
Assist in reviewing GIPS reports
Use internal tools to collect, process, and organize performance and portfolio data
Support downloading documents from internal systems and uploading translations to the internal database
Other Tasks
Collect, process, and organize company information, asset balance data, employee data, etc.
Respond to other requests and provide project support (may include changes to existing templates).

Required Skills
Considering the nature of the work and company environment, the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
At least 2 years of experience working at an asset management firm, trust bank, etc., handling RFIs, RFPs, investment reports, or marketing tasks, and possess a basic knowledge of investment products.
High proficiency in Excel (intermediate to PIVOT, various functions such as vlook, sum, sumif, etc.) and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently.
English reading skills (目安: TOEIC score of 700 or above), ability to conduct email correspondence in English, and, for simple English documents, the ability to request translation support. Conversational English ability preferred, as there are English-speaking team members.
Ability to manage time and multitask independently, with flexibility to handle varying workloads, particularly during the busy season (especially April–June).
