The Role
Lead Group are seeking a Clinical Leader for a Residential Aged Care Facility located along the beautiful North Coast of Tasmania.
This is a large sized facility that provides a fantastic support system including a Clinical Residential Manager, Clinical Coordinators, Quality and Education team, ANACC support, leisure and lifestyle and 24/7 Registered Nurses and Care staff.
The facility has a highly positive culture with excellent feedback from recent staffing surveys.
The role will provide ongoing training and progression routes (if desired).

Role Requirements
- 3+ years previous Clinical Management experience in Aged Care is required for this position
- Solid understanding of Aged Care and NDIS Quality Standards
- Full time Australian working rights
- AHPRA Registration
- Leadership capabilities with strong communication and conflict management skills
- Tasmania WWVP registration with NDIS Endorsement
