Job Title: Cloud – Engineer Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Africa (Onsite / Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Cloud Senior Engineer to design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure and services based on the cloud solution provided by the bidder. The role requires strong hands-on cloud engineering experience, operational excellence, and adherence to security and governance best practices. Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure and services • Support cloud migration, modernization, and optimization initiatives • Implement cloud security, availability, and performance best practices • Monitor cloud environments and troubleshoot incidents and outages • Manage identity, access, networking, and storage in cloud platforms • Automate deployments and operations using infrastructure-as-code tools • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements • Maintain cloud architecture documentation and operational runbooks • Collaborate with application, security, and infrastructure teams Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering or infrastructure roles • Strong hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms • Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management • Experience supporting production cloud environments • Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills Cloud Platforms (Examples) • AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent Certifications • Relevant certification aligned to the cloud solution (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/Architect, GCP Professional) Nice to Have • Experience with DevOps or CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with hybrid or multi-cloud environments Work Mode • Onsite: Africa-based locations • Remote: Available bas
