**Cluster Human Resources Business Partner**



IHG Hotels & Resorts - Malta is looking for an experienced and motivated Cluster HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team, supporting our renowned properties: InterContinental Malta, Holiday Inn Express Malta, and VOCO Malta.



In this role, you will support the Cluster Director of HR & Training in delivering the full HR function across the cluster, including Payroll & HR Operations, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality-focused HR professional looking to grow within a global hotel group.



Key Responsibilities



+ Manage and process monthly payroll accurately using Shireburn Indigo.

+ Ensure full compliance with Maltese Labour Law, employment contracts, leave administration, and statutory reporting.

+ Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records in line with GDPR and IHG brand standards.

+ Support recruitment and onboarding activities for all hotel departments.

+ Assist with training coordination, performance management processes, and implementation of L&D programs.

+ Provide guidance to colleagues and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.

+ Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and a positive workplace culture across all properties.



Requirements



+ Proven experience in payroll processing in Malta.

+ Strong working knowledge of Maltese Labour Law and HR best practices.

+ Proficiency with Shireburn Indigo Payroll & HR.

+ Previous experience in hospitality HR is an advantage.

+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

+ Strong communication skills in English; Maltese is considered an asset.

+ High levels of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
