Cold Caller (English/Spanish Speaker)
Job Description
We are looking for bilingual Spanish/English Cold Caller to contact provided roofing leads and book appointments for our client. This role requires excellent communication skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Call provided roofing leads using RingCentral
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the client
- Maintain accurate call notes and updates
- Follow calling scripts and client guidelines
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken)
- Proven experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Experience using RingCentral or similar dialers (preferred)
- Reliable internet connection and headset
- Able to start ASAP
