About the Role
We're hiring
high-performing cold callers
to generate qualified recruitment leads for our UK-based clients. This is a pure appointment setting role focused on reaching decision-makers at UK companies and sparking interest in recruitment solutions.
If you can pick up the phone, engage executives, and consistently hit 50+ qualified leads per month, this role offers serious earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Cold calling UK company directors and decision-makers
during UK business hours (9 AM - 5 PM GMT) - Pitching recruitment services to businesses across various industries
- Qualifying interest and gathering key information for our clients
- Booking call-backs with genuinely interested prospects
- Managing your pipeline and tracking outreach activity in our CRM
- Meeting or exceeding monthly lead generation targets
What We're Looking For
This role requires proven cold calling ability—not just willingness to learn.
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated B2B cold calling experience
(BDM, SDR, or appointment setting background) - Track record of consistent lead generation and hitting targets
- Experience speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers
- Confident phone presence with strong objection-handling skills
- Native or fluent English with a clear, professional phone manner
Technical Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Comfortable with dialing software and lead management tools
- Available to work UK business hours (9 AM - 5 PM GMT)

Compensation & Earnings Potential
- £20 per qualified call-back lead
generated - £1,000+ monthly earnings
for consistent performers (50 leads × £20) - Top performers earning £1,500-£2,000+
monthly - Uncapped earning potential—the more you generate, the more you earn
Example:
60 qualified leads/month = £1,200
Example:
80 qualified leads/month = £1,600
