Position Responsibiltiies
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices.
- Implement security measures to protect endpoints from malware, viruses, and other threats.
- Ensure all endpoint devices comply with company policies and standards.
- Continuously monitor endpoint performance and address any issues promptly.
- Manage and deploy updates, patches, and software upgrades to endpoint devices.
- Provide Level 2 support for endpoint-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate endpoint management with overall network strategies.
- Educate employees about best practices for endpoint security and usage.
Requirements
- Typically, 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or similar.
- Proficiency in endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune), operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and security protocols.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Keen attention to detail in managing and securing endpoint devices.
- Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation for endpoint management.
- Experience working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with industry-specific requirements and standards for endpoint management.
