Compliance Officer - Oversight Team - Luxembourg
Job Description
As a Compliance Officer, your responsibilities are:
- Monitor and assess compliance risks within the organization.
- Prepare the risk-based Compliance Monitoring Plan.
- Participate to the performance of planned controls.
- Contribute the periodic reporting.
- Provide Compliance advise and guidance.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization.
- Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance department to enhance compliance frameworks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for regulatory authorities in Luxembourg.
A successful Compliance Officer should have:
- A Master degree in Law, Finance, Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Compliance, legal or Audit.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Luxembourg.
- Good knowledge in Luxembourg and EU's regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
