Corporate Partner

We are directly instructed by the senior management team of a highly ambitious and growing independent business law firm in Paris to help with the appointment of a Corporate partner.

Our client is a highly rated and astutely managed mid-size boutique business law firm, which specialises in navigating businesses through the legal, regulatory and commercial considerations of projects, transactions and disputes within highly regulated sectors. Notably in energy, infrastructure and mobility. Their multi-disciplinary expertise covers Corporate, Finance, Real Estate Project Development, ESG issues, Public Law, Employment, and commercial dispute resolution, on a national and international level.

The firm are now looking to appoint an additional Corporate partner to their transactional practice group. The ideal candidate will be a corporate lawyer with expertise across the M&A, private equity, joint ventures and fundraisings, and experience of advising clients operating in highly regulated sectors, particularly, energy, infrastructure, real estate, mobility and industrials. In such areas the firm can add significant added-value with their multi-disciplinary approach.
