Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR strategy for Japan operations - Collaborate with local and global HR teams - Design employee experience and productivity programs - Oversee learning and development programs - Manage HR operational budget in Japan - Ensure legal compliance in HR processes - Support talent acquisition and employer branding - Mentor managers on performance management
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Japanese and English language - Solid understanding of Japan employment legislation and labor standards - 3+ years of experience in a similar HR role - Experience in professional services or creative/technical workforce management - Experience in a global, multicultural organization
