You’re a sales-led operator who can open Sweden and win the first customers — not just design the plan. If you’re more into execution than slide decks, keep reading. You’re not afraid to join a ready-made boat with highly skilled colleagues and push for world-class results.
We’re Finland’s most customer-friendly hybrid SW/Energy company (anonymous EPSI rating) with 50,000+ customers . Next leap: Sweden first — and once the motion is repeatable, scale to Norway or NL/Germany . We’re looking for the captain to lead this launch.
How we run this
- 12–18 month mandate , clear milestones
- 30/60/90-day plan , KPI-driven
- Sales-first : prove traction + unit economics before scaling
- Stop-loss rules : pivot fast or stop
- Minimum viable stack first, then build process when it works
What you’ll own (hands‑on)
- Build the Sweden sales engine (player‑coach: calls + digital + partners)
- Pick/manage partners (switching, billing, compliance, customer ops)
- Run experiments, track KPIs, kill what doesn’t work
Systems & stack (pragmatic, not overbuilt)
You don’t need to code, but you must know how to get the plumbing right:
- Set up a lightweight sales/onboarding stack: CRM + lead routing + call tooling + reporting
- Drive integrations/specs with partners so the funnel doesn’t break post‑sale
- e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive, Aircall, tracking/reporting tools — stack can vary
You’re likely a fit if you
- Have strong sales results and can lead from the front (calls, closing, coaching)
- Have built/scaled a sales function (scripts, QA, onboarding, reporting)
- Understand CAC/LTV, churn, retention, profitable growth
- Are structured, self‑motivated, and a proven team player
Equity is part of the package. Role can grow significantly (even Deputy CEO/CEO) based on performance & mutual fit.
