The Role

Key Responsibilities:
Lead country-level operations across telecom, tech, infrastructure, and other business lines

Cultivate strong relationships with partners, clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders

What You Bring:
10+ years leadership experience, including in telecom and multi-sector environments
Strong business acumen with a proven record of driving revenue & operational success
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities
Experience managing diverse teams and large-scale operations
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred
Proven experience in managing P&L and complex business ecosystems
Familiarity with local market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends
