Country Manager/ ka - Poland

At Kamalion – La Casa de las Carcasas, we are looking to hire a Country Manager with a strategic mindset and strong results orientation to lead the growth, positioning, and development of the brand in Poland.

Main challenges of the role:

• Design and implement strategic plans to strengthen the brand’s presence


• Oversee financial, operational, and commercial objectives, ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance


• Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering the organizational culture


• Manage budgets for sales, expenses, and profits, safeguarding the company’s assets


• Contribute to expansion initiatives across Europe

We are looking for candidates with:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in executive-level general management positions or similar


• University degree or postgraduate studies (in business, economics, or engineering fields)


• Strong knowledge in operations management, retail, business KPI analysis, and expansion strategy


• Outstanding leadership, effective communication, innovation, and results-oriented skills


• Advanced English and Polish; Spanish is a plus
