Location: Mexico | Type: contract | Salary: MXN 870,000 base + up to MXN 580,000 commission
Job Brief
Our client is seeking for a Country Manager to lead New Business Sales operations in Mexico for a global tax compliance and automation provider. You will build and execute the go-to-market strategy for the country, accelerate new business generation, and strengthen regional presence.
This position requires a sales leader with strong autonomy, strategic acumen, and experience building high-performance commercial teams in SaaS or technology environments.
You will oversee the full commercial operation in Mexico, acting as a key driver for growth, forecasting accuracy, and market expansion. Collaboration with marketing, partnerships, and leadership teams will be essential to ensure successful execution.
Compensation
Base Salary: MXN 870,000/year
Potential Annual Commission: MXN 580,000/year
Contract Type: 12-month contract, with potential extension based on performance
What can be a differential for us?
Experience leading sales teams in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth global companies
Knowledge of tax compliance, ERP ecosystems, or regulatory tech
Experience building GTM strategies in new markets
Familiarity with channel partners and alliances in Mexico
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities

Responsibilities
- Build, coach, and manage the local Commercial Team (AEs, Alliances, Demand Gen)
- Create and execute market-specific GTM strategies
- Partner with marketing, demand generation, customer loyalty, and alliances
- Own revenue forecasting and reporting to executive leadership
- Stay updated on tax compliance trends, competitors, and industry movement
- Develop, hire, and grow high-performing commercial talent
Qualifications
- Long experience leading high-performing sales teams
- Long experience of B2B SaaS sales
- Experience managing enterprise-level clients and complex sales cycles
- Strong forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, or related fields
