Role Description
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for expanding Asensiot's services in Sweden. The commercial role prioritizes expanding business at current customers and new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Expand Asensiot's services and build relationships with new customers.
- Develop a sales plan and create a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to maximize value.
- Contribute to teamwork and the overall success of the company.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial production processes or sales to the process industry as Paper & Pulp production.
- Extensive network within the process production sector in Sweden.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Location and Travel
Asensiot is open to hire a Country Manager based anywhere in Sweden, but we think it is an advantage to be located near the market, typically in the North and mid-Sweden where many potential customers' production sites are located.
