Job Description

FP Markets Group of Companies is a well-established, multi-regulated broker founded in Australia, providing traders with access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks, and Cryptocurrencies. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Country Manager – Thailand to lead and grow our operations in the Thai market.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of the Thailand market, developing and executing strategic plans to grow our client base, revenue, and brand presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, affiliates, and stakeholders in Thailand
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, including lead generation, local marketing channels, and strategic partnerships
  • Oversee onboarding and engagement of trading clients, affiliates, IBs, Money Managers, and other partners, ensuring an excellent client experience
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, providing actionable insights to senior management
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, working closely with marketing, customer support, and operations to drive business success
  • Represent FP Markets in Thailand at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Candidate Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in FX/CFD and online trading industry (preferably in Thailand or APAC region)
  • 1+ years in a management or leadership role in sales, business development, or partner management
  • Fluent in Thai with good English proficiency
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
