Responsibilities
Lead local market entry, growth, and operational strategy.
Build relationships with regulators, partners, agents, and media.
Recruit and lead a local team where necessary.
Represent Zend Wallet at regional events and stakeholder forums.
Adapt product offerings to local needs and ensure customer success. Criteria
5+ years in leadership roles within fintech, crypto, or payments.
Strong understanding of the region’s financial ecosystem.
Experience with local regulation, licensing, and compliance.
Proven track record scaling fintech/crypto products in the region.
