Job Description

We're looking for a Credit Officer to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting business growth by coordinating credit-related activities during client onboarding and annual reviews. You will work closely with Front Office, Relationship Managers and Risk teams to ensure a smooth, efficient and well-prioritized credit process.


What you will do:

  • Be the main contact for Relationship Managers and Sales teams on credit matters linked to onboarding and renewals;
  • Drive the onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring requests are well defined, prioritized and delivered on time;
  • Coordinate new credit requests, preparing clear business justifications and supporting approvals;
  • Act as an interface between Front Office and Credit Risk teams throughout the credit assessment process;
  • Monitor credit files, follow up on open points and escalate when needed;
  • Support annual credit reviews and assist in managing client credit exposures;
  • Contribute to reporting, monitoring and continuous improvement of onboarding and credit processes.


What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics or a related field;
  • Good understanding of financial products and credit risk concepts;
  • Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset;
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerPoint and Power BI is a plus;
  • Familiarity with OTC derivatives documentation (ISDA/CSA, MRA, GMRA, MSLA) is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English.
