What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
  • Update and maintain CRM records (leads, contacts, notes, follow-ups)
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to keep the team on track
  • Support basic project coordination by relaying updates and confirming next steps
  • Keep communication clear, accurate, and consistent—so customers feel confident

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Have 1+ years in customer service, admin support, or a similar role for a US client
  • Communicate clearly in excellent written and spoken English
  • Have a clear, neutral speaking voice for phone support (easy to understand, professional tone)

  • Are comfortable using CRM tools, email, calendars, and basic documentation systems
