We are looking for a people-first Customer Service Representative to handle phone support, manage schedules, calendars, files, and emails, and ultimately help deliver a smooth, high-trust overall customer experience.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
- Update and maintain CRM records (leads, contacts, notes, follow-ups)
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars to keep the team on track
- Support basic project coordination by relaying updates and confirming next steps
- Keep communication clear, accurate, and consistent—so customers feel confident
You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have 1+ years in customer service, admin support, or a similar role for a US client
- Communicate clearly in excellent written and spoken English
- Have a clear, neutral speaking voice for phone support (easy to understand, professional tone)
- Are organized, dependable, and customer-centric (you follow through)
- Are comfortable using CRM tools, email, calendars, and basic documentation systems
- Understand (or are excited to learn) SOPs, KPIs, and project coordination workflows
- Have strong attention to detail and can anticipate what needs to happen next
- Are patient and empathetic
