Digital Delivery Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Delivery Coordinator to support the execution of digital marketing services for a growing professional services organization. This role focuses on coordinating multiple digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards across campaigns and platforms.

Duties / Task to perform
- +4 years of experience on coordinate and oversee the delivery of digital marketing services including SEO, website development, and paid advertising campaigns
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with defined KPIs and quality standards
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to execute digital initiatives efficiently
- Monitor project timelines, set clear deliverables, and communicate delays or risks proactively
- Prepare accurate performance reports using analytics and tracking tools
- Identify and resolve delivery issues in a professional, creative, and timely manner
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve delivery processes
- Drive projects forward while escalating obstacles that require management attention
Requirements
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility for project outcomes
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proven experience or strong knowledge in digital marketing delivery (SEO, PPC, website development)
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research, on-page optimization, and basic link-building
- Google Ads certification (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Project management experience; familiarity with PM tools is a plus
- Post-secondary education preferred but not required
- Curious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement
Schedule & availability
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM (GMT -5:00 Eastern Time β US & Canada, Bogota, Lima) | Hourly test basis: 10 hours per week.
