Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer with strong experience in the Adobe Photoshop Suite to support our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, as well as creating visually compelling assets that represent the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, search, display, and content marketing.
- Design and produce digital creative assets using Adobe Photoshop and related suite tools (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign).
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, posting, community engagement, and analytics reporting.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, including A/B testing, audience targeting, and ongoing metric monitoring.
- Create marketing collateral such as banners, promotional graphics, infographics, and visual content for digital use.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and measure performance against industry trends.
- Support website updates, landing pages, and digital content enhancements to improve UX and conversion rates.
- Prepare campaign reports that track KPIs, ROI, and audience insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing roles with measurable success.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; experience in Illustrator, InDesign, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
- Excellent creative, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify
