Your new company

This global player within the services industry requires an innovative Director, Total Rewards, to join its growing business. This company focusses on servicing global B2B clients. Due to continuous market growth, a Director, Total Rewards is needed to pioneer a creative Total Rewards framework and refine existing Performance and Rewards policies.

Your new role

This role will be a peer to the HR Director and report to the Chief Product Officer. This person will be trusted to set up a Total Rewards framework and refine the company's newly implemented Performance Management policies. As the Director, Total Rewards, you will be expected to be experimental and creative with Performance and Rewards strategies for an exciting and emerging industry.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must be:

Shared Service Centre background

Confident in an Individual Contributor role

Strong track record of designing Total Rewards strategies
