Context & Environment
Petroleum downstream is partially deregulated in Ghana with Tema oil Refinery (TOR) and Registered Bulk Importers as the key players on the supply side. The demand side has three (3) key palyers namely TEMG, VIVO and Goil with over plus other independents. Key logistics infrastructure is Government owned with the RBI’s beginning to build thier Depots.

Activities
Assist the Depot Representative to perform order to delivery processing from the depot to customer site.

Place all orders through the ERDMS/NPA portal on receipt of schedule or update on schedules.

Monitor the progress of orders and report challenges for redress.

Ensure that all product is system invoiced and other dispatched documents completed before dispatched.

Assist the Depot Rep in up to date accounting of stock through reconciliation with SAP and NPA /ERDMS.

Record and maintain dispatched documents to the Distribution assistant for POD to be performed.

Send for cancellation all request immediately after approval by Manager.
Candidate Profile
A good First Degree in Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related filled.

A good knowledge of the petroleum downstream industry

A knowledge of the use of computer.

Working Knowledge of SAP accounting software

Good interpersonal skills

Minimum of three (3) working experience in a similar position
