Job Description

The Distribution Partner Manager’s main priority is growing the Distributor's Red Bull business by developing and agreeing annual business plans, driving key initiatives and tracking key performance indicators in line with the company strategy and priorities; resulting in an increase in distribution, execution and volume.RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

  • Integral part of the development of the annual business plan, in cooperation with the management team, ensuring alignment with the business growth objectives; with a focus on expanding distribution and improving execution in both On and Off Premise.

    Works closely with the regional team, HQ and other markets to align plans, share learnings, and re-apply successful models.

  • Supervises sales achievements in collaboration with management, ensuring monthly and annual distribution and sales targets are met.

    Own the distributor partner’s Performance Management process, addressing performance issues promptly and appropriately.

    Visits the markets regularly to evaluate brand distribution, visibility, and activities, identifying value-adding opportunities and resolving issues.

    Ensures Off Premise standards are met aligning with Perfect Store Principles, improving SKU availability, brand and price communication, share of shelf, and additional placements.

  • Monitors financials and stock levels ensuring alignment with the business plan.

    Tracks competition and market developments to proactively adapt plans and strategic direction, ensuring responsiveness to market dynamics.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management in the country.
  • Well-rounded experience with a strong emphasis on premium sales and distributor management. Proven experience managing business operations through a Distributor Partner.
  • Solid understanding of the sales & distribution dynamics, competitor activities and consumer behavior in country.
  • Capability to develop business strategies and successfully implement them, while managing the associated change and people interactions.
  • Good analytical skills and commercial sense to interpret financial statements and market trends.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to interact well with others.
  • High level of integrity and a strong passion for the brand, aligned with Red Bull values and with a proactive "can-do" attitude
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other necessary software.
  • A University Degree (Business, Marketing or similar) – MBA is a plus
  • Fluency in English and French (Local dialects if any will be welcome)
