All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Integral part of the development of the annual business plan, in cooperation with the management team, ensuring alignment with the business growth objectives; with a focus on expanding distribution and improving execution in both On and Off Premise.
Works closely with the regional team, HQ and other markets to align plans, share learnings, and re-apply successful models.
Supervises sales achievements in collaboration with management, ensuring monthly and annual distribution and sales targets are met.
Own the distributor partner’s Performance Management process, addressing performance issues promptly and appropriately.
Visits the markets regularly to evaluate brand distribution, visibility, and activities, identifying value-adding opportunities and resolving issues.
Ensures Off Premise standards are met aligning with Perfect Store Principles, improving SKU availability, brand and price communication, share of shelf, and additional placements.
Monitors financials and stock levels ensuring alignment with the business plan.
Tracks competition and market developments to proactively adapt plans and strategic direction, ensuring responsiveness to market dynamics.
