Job Description
**Job Overview:**
You will be responsible of welcoming and caring for our guests, offering immediate assistance with the luggage as well as be able to safely valet park guest vehicles. Furthermore, you will also need to provide information to guests about the hotelβs facilities and services whilst ensuring that their stay is pleasant and memorable.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Providing a warm and welcoming experience to guests upon their arrival.
+ Assist with luggage handling, opening doors, and providing information about the hotel's facilities and service.
+ Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel entrance and lobby area.
+ Assist with parking, manage luggage storage, and coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations.
**Skills:**
+ The ideal candidate needs to primarily have a flair for hospitality.
+ Speak fluent English.
+ Excellent communication skills, as well as a smart appearance.
+ Willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
