E-Commerce Customer Manager DTC Japan
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage overall Japan’s Direct to Consumer (DTC) business to deliver Key Financial targets: sell in, sell out, offtake, P&I , market share, inventoryDevelop operation plans with data driven approach tailed for new consumer acquisition & loyal customer retention with 4P strategy, product, pricing, promotion with optimal ROI Customer Relationship Management (CRM) responsibility including customer management/complain ensure customer 1st centric approach with Bayer complianceDemand forecast, sales promotion and digital contents development, execution and reviewFacilitation of all digital sales cross channels(i.e. digital distributors and digital shops) to ensure consistency and deliveryBuild try & learn DTC expansion model beyond Japan WHO YOU ARE:
Bachelor's degree or above. On Hand DTC business experience with CRM management is a must. 10+ years working experience in managing online retail channels and stores. (either Health care & or FMCG industry experiences)Data analytical capability to identify business opportunity and risks. Demonstrating strong learning capabilities on new skills, new methodology etc.Strong ownership on financial commitment and strong capability on planning and executionHigh integrity, ability to build trust, strong leadership enable cross function collaboration. Ability to deal with conflict and challenging business situationsAbility to deliver independently but also influence team(internal and external) in a fast paced and changing environment for the best outcome This person needs to have strong leadership and be able to give counter proposals Business English fluency is preferred and fluency in Japanese WHAT BAYER CAN OFFER YOU:
